I joined as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institut for Polymer Research (MPI-P) Mainz in August 2022. In the theory group at MPI-P, my research activities mainly focuses on computational modeling of electroluminescent perovskite materials.

Prior to this, I have done first postdoctoral research funded by Alexander von Humboldt fellowship with Dr. Alexander A. Auer at the Max Planck Institut for Kohlenforschung, Muelheim an der Ruhr (2019-2022). Here, I have focused on the grand canonical quantum mechanical model development for electrochemical water oxidation reaction. Before moving to MPI-Muelheim at 2019, I received my Ph.D. in Chemical Science at Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science working under the guidance of Prof. Ayan Datta. My doctoral research has focused on the computational modelling of "Singlet Fission" properties for organic solar cell material design. I obtained my Master of Science (Chemistry) and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the Visva-Bharati University.
