Jessica Wagner
Jessica Wagner studied Biomedical Chemistry at the University of Mainz and received her Master's degree in September 2016. During her master studies she spent six month at the University of Groningen (Netherlands) in the group of Prof. Dr. Andreas Herrmann for a scientific internship. Her master thesis was focused on the synthesis of polyphenylene dendrimers for cell uptake experiments within the group of Prof. Dr. Klaus Muellen at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (MPIP) in Mainz. In December 2016 she joined the group of Prof. Dr. Tanja Weil at the MPIP for her PhD. Her work focuses on the synthesis of amphiphilic polyphenylene dendrimer conjugates for biological applications.
